Hemp for Victory is a black-and-white US government film made during World War II. Even though cannabis had been banned in 1937, the movie explains the uses of hemp, and encourages US farmers to grow as much as possible.
The film was aimed at farmers at a time when the miltary was facing a shortage of hemp, it shows how hemp is grown and processed into rope and other products.
